Q: I would like to know some of the ins and outs involved
with investing overseas and am trying to find out the best way
to go about it.
A: Dolf's products and events provide

real estate deal. Remember, with real estate there are no black
and white answers. It truly depends on where YOU are in your
journey towards financial freedom.
It is important to gather a TEAM
of Advisors in your area who are experts in their fields to
help you achieve your outcome. Based on your question, you will
want to contact an expert in real estate, (both locally and
internationally), as well as a CPA/financial planner who understands
real estate investing, (particularly in the areas where you

Q: In Real Estate Riches on p. 101, Dolf mentions an instance
when he attached a check to an offer on a property in order
to make his bid more attractive. Was this a personal or bank
check? And how can he protect himself from having the check
cashed without making the deal on the property?
A: When Dolf makes use of this tactic,
the check he submits with the offer is done through the Escrow/Title
company when in the US, and through a trust account when outside
of the US. This affords him a level of protection when offering
his money up front while at the same time, making a very appealing
offer to the seller.
Q: In the Property Investor's School you mention a book called
"Jones on Property" and you said it was a great book on Real Estate.
I have been unable to find it listed anywhere. Could you please
supply the author's full name or the publisher. I would like to obtain
a copy.
A: The book Jones on Property was written by Bob (Robert) Jones and
was published in New Zealand. It has been out of print for sometime
however you may be able to find a copy in a second hand store or by
searching on-line.
Dolf also recommends another title which is especially useful for
commercial investing within the USA, The Autobiography of William
Zeckendorf. This title is also out of print however copies surface from
time to time on sites such as Ebay.
